These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made on the Haggedor website (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by:

2. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of 3D miniatures of monuments offered on the website.
They apply without restriction or reservation to all orders placed by any buyer residing in Europe.
Purchasing a product implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered are handcrafted 3D miniatures, made from 3D printed materials (mainly PLA).
Each miniature is sold with its specific features (size, design, colors).
Eventually, some physical products may provide access to additional audio content, transmitted via a secure link after purchase.
The photographs and visuals presented on the Site have no contractual value.
4. Price
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are displayed when placing the order.
Haggedor reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
The customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to their basket and follows the order process until payment.
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Haggedor reserves the right to refuse any order in case of payment problems or prior disputes.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment platform.
The order is only considered final after confirmation of payment.
7. Manufacturing lead times
The products offered on the site are made to order. Each miniature is individually crafted in our workshop, requiring a specific production time.
The average manufacturing time is 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe may vary depending on:
- the complexity of the chosen model
- of the volume of orders in progress
- potential technical issues related to artisanal production (e.g., maintenance...).
In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. No refund will be issued for manufacturing times within the ranges indicated above.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered in Europe via the carriers Mondial Relay and Colissimo.
The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
The customer will be informed of the delivery status by email.
Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated before order confirmation.
Haggedor cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the carrier.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
Returns are accepted only if :
- The product is returned complete, in its original packaging.
- The product is unbroken and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

Haggedor is committed to responding within 48 working hours.
11. Legal guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In the event of a defective product, Haggedor undertakes to replace or refund the product.
12. Responsibility
Haggedor cannot be held responsible for damages related to misuse of the product or incorrect installation.
13. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, 3D models, logos) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Haggedor.
14. Protection of personal data
The data collected is necessary for processing the order.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to: haggedor@gmail.com.
15. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
